These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website operated by Kask Matchmaking LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a California-based, personally-run matchmaking service. By browsing our website, submitting an inquiry, or scheduling an intake interview, you agree to these Terms.

1. What This Website Does

This website provides information about our matchmaking services and allows prospective clients to request an intake interview. We do not operate a self-serve app, public profile browser, or automated matching platform. All matchmaking is conducted personally by Company's matchmaker through one-on-one intake interviews and curated introductions.

2. Paid Services Are Governed by a Separate Agreement

If you engage our paid matchmaking services, that engagement — including the onboarding fee, introduction fees, cancellation rights, and other terms — is governed by a separate Matchmaking Service Agreement that you will sign before any paid service begins. That Agreement is a "dating service contract" under California Civil Code §§ 1694–1694.4 and controls over these Terms in the event of any conflict regarding paid services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to request our services. By contacting us or scheduling an intake interview, you represent that you are at least 21 and that the information you provide is accurate.

4. Website Conduct

You agree not to use this website to submit false or misleading information, to harass or impersonate any person, or to attempt to interfere with the proper functioning or security of the website.

5. No Guarantee of Acceptance

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee that we will accept you as a client. We may decline to provide services at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, and logos, is owned by or licensed to the Company. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute this content without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
